Home Page & General Features
1. New Home Page Design with Branding Updates
Our home page has been refreshed with colors that better reflect our branding, giving it a clean and polished feel. Plus, we’ve added the ability to display advertising banners for brands to showcase their offerings to the Main Court community (coming soon!).
2. Web Registration
Users can now create accounts and register for matches, tournaments, and lessons directly on the Main Court website, making it even more convenient to join events without needing the app.
3. My Scheduled Section
Keeping track of your pickleball plans has never been easier! Now you can see all your matches, tournaments, and leagues you’re part of in one place, making it simple to stay on top of your schedule.
4. Profile Updates (Email & Skill Level)
Players can now edit their email addresses and update their skill levels directly in their profiles. This ensures their contact details are accurate and matchmaking is fair and competitive.
5. Missed Chat Notifications
If you miss a chat, you’ll now receive an email notification letting you know you have an unopened message. This ensures organizers never drop the ball on important conversations, keeping communication smooth and timely.
6. New Coach Layout
A simplified booking system allows players to search by coach or lesson times, making it easier than ever to find the perfect coach or lesson to fit their schedule.
General Improvements
7. Payment and Refund History for Organizers
A new section allows organizers to view and manage all payment and refund history for their events, making financial tracking more straightforward.
8. Pending Payment Message for Waitlists
Organizers will now see a notification when a player on the waitlist has a pending payment, making it easier to manage registrations in real time.
9. Email Waitlists Across the System
Organizers can now send emails to players on waitlists, helping them communicate updates or fill spots more effectively.
10. One-Way ‘Email Organizer’ Option for Player Issues
Players can now send inquiries to organizers through a one-way email system, keeping communication secure and organized.
11. Discount Codes
Organizers can now create and share discount codes, making it easy to offer promotional pricing or group discounts for events and tournaments.
Tournament Features
12. Age Registration
Age-based restrictions for tournaments are now automatically enforced during registration, ensuring participants are placed into the correct divisions based on their date of birth.
13. Close Registrations Button
Organizers can now close registrations for a tournament or specific divisions when needed, preventing overbooking and ensuring better event management.
14. Notes Editor in Tournament
Tournaments now include a rich-text editor for notes, allowing organizers to format messages and provide clear instructions for participants.
15. Quick Navigation Between Divisions
You can now quickly switch between tournament divisions without having to return to the main list, saving time and improving usability.
16. Sort Divisions
Organizers can sort divisions by categories such as gender or skill level, making it easier to manage participants and create balanced events.
17. Gender Tag in Confirmed Player List
Confirmed player lists now display gender tags, helping organizers plan divisions and ensure accurate placements.
